The Republicans are not united at all behind the new HEALS bill. Even McConnell has denounced things in it (like $ for the FBI facilities). Some Republicans don't want to spend another penny on any COVID related aid, some want to spend more than the bill has allocated, but none are happy with the current bill.
Democrats are remaining a unified front on all major issues: sticking to $600, aid to state and local governments, more money for nutrition aid, health care, etc.
